2. Services Be Seen Merch provides custom branding solutions, including embroidery, DTF/digital printing, custom uniforms, promotional products, and engraving. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify product offerings, or change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes: All quotes provided via our website or email are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon review of final artwork and requirements.

Artwork: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted to us. We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringements on client-supplied artwork.

Approval: Orders will only proceed to production once proofs have been approved by the client. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, incorrect colors) approved during the proofing stage.
4. Turnaround and Delivery While we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, all delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, stock shortages from suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
5. Returns and Refunds Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind.” If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed/embroidered relative to the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or rectification in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Intellectual Property The content on our website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Be Seen Merch and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
